Golden Child – Sally Keeler

Sally Keeler, who was raised in Stoke and Newcastle-Under-Lyme and currently resides in Guildford, Surrey (studying for her Vocal Diploma at the Academy of Contemporary Music ACM) recording in the Voice In A Million Studio at Shepperton Film Studios, prior to taking to the stage on 28th January 2010 at the London 02 Arena as part of ‘Voice In A Million’, a project raising awareness for the need for adoptive parents in the UK in association with the British Association for Adoption & Fostering (BAAF).

Sally herself was adopted as a young child and is keen to raise awareness for adoption at the 02 concert and beyond. Her passion for music began at a very young age and could sing before she could talk. Sally had singing lessons during her school years, was a member of the National Youth Choir of Great Britain and has since been tutored by the famous David and Carrie Grant. In 2008, her talents were once again recognized and was voted the best Live & Unsigned vocalist in the under 18 solo category.
